Shipping policy

Every order ships from our shop at 311 E. 1st Street in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles.

When it ships. Orders go out in 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays). Drops, collabs and signings can take a little longer; we'll say so on the product page when that's the case.

Where we ship. United States and Canada.

What it costs. US orders ship for a flat $6.95, and free on orders of $88 or more. Need it faster? Expedited USPS options are at checkout. Canada orders are charged USPS or UPS rates based on weight, shown at checkout before you pay.

Pick up at the shop. Choose local pickup at checkout and it's free. Your order is usually ready within 24 hours; we'll email you when it is. Bring your confirmation email to 311 E. 1st Street during open hours (Wed–Fri 2–7pm, Sat 12–7pm, Sun 12–5pm), and text or call 213.628.8866 when you arrive.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Canada. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees aren't included in the price and are paid on delivery.

Wrong address or lost package. Double-check your address at checkout; we can't change it once the order ships. If tracking shows delivered and you can't find it, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then email intel@bowlsla.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
