Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your BOWLS gear. If something doesn't fit or isn't right, here's how it works.
14-day window. You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange.
Condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Exchange or store credit. Swap for a different size or item, or get store credit for the full item price. Exchanges depend on what's in stock. If your swap isn't available, you'll get store credit.
No restocking fees.
How to return:
- In store: Bring it to the shop at 311 E. 1st Street, Little Tokyo, during open hours with your order number.
- By mail: Email intel@bowlsla.com with your order number and what you'd like to swap. We'll reply with the return address. Return shipping is on you, and original shipping isn't refundable.
Final sale. Stickers, sale or discounted items, and collab or limited releases marked "Final Sale" can't be returned or exchanged.
Our mistake, our cost. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, email us within 14 days with a photo. We'll cover shipping and make it right with a replacement or a refund to your original payment.
Order changes and cancellations. Email intel@bowlsla.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but once an order has shipped it can't be changed or canceled.
